Designed for comfort and convenience, this charming retreat features a luxurious orthopedic queen bed, a cozy twin daybed, and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for weekend getaways, work trips, or extended stays. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a coffee bar, an exposed brick fireplace (decorative only), and a dedicated space to work and relax. Guest access
Guests have the entire studio apartment to themselves, with keyless entry to the building and a lockbox key for the studio door. A washer and dryer are shared in the building, located behind the mailboxes.

Self check-in after 4:00 PM using the lockbox. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Maximum 3 guests total. The 3rd guest is $25 extra per night.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for families in the building.
No smoking or vaping inside the studio or common areas.
No parties, events, or unregistered guests.
We love pets, but we are unable to accommodate pets or service animals in this studio.
Please treat the space like your own: dishes washed, trash taken to the receptacles, and towels left in the hamper.
